FOAM issue #28 is now out. They asked about what inspire us… my first response to that question is “everything”. Which is bad answer. My next response was to give credit to the first person I have been able to find that really manipulated film. I use his ideas, his response to the potential of film so often.   Georges Méliès…. the dark story is that most of what he made was destroyed.
